Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has an overall score of 65.6, which is much better than Galaxy Tab's global score of 58.6. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a way newer tablet, and it's also a lot thinner and incredibly lighter than Galaxy Tab. These tablets use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3.
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has more pixels per screen inch and a better resolution of 1280 x 800px. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Tab, because it has a higher number of cores and 1 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 shoots much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab, and although they both have a back-facing camera with a 3 mega pixels resolution, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has a much higher 1280x720 (HD) video quality.
