Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is much better than the Galaxy Tab, with a 74.5 score against 58.6. Galaxy Tab A 10.5's construction is newer and noticeably thinner, but way heavier than the Galaxy Tab. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features just a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px, more pixels per inch in the display and a way bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 counts with a very superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has more RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab. Both have equal internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab A 10.5 takes much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a lot more megapixels camera and a much better (Full HD) video definition.
