The Galaxy Tab Active is much better than Galaxy Tab, having a 67 score against 58.6. These tablets have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Active has a more recent 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3, so it offers lots of additional features. The Galaxy Tab Active body is way newer and thinner, but a little bit heavier than the Galaxy Tab.
The Galaxy Tab Active has a more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has an additional graphics co-processor, 1 GB more RAM and a larger number of faster cores. Galaxy Tab Active has a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a just a bit better pixels amount in each screen inch, a quite larger screen and a higher 1280 x 800 resolution.
