Comparison review

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a bit better than the Google Nexus 10, with a global score of 74.6 against 68.1. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 body is newer, somewhat thinner and a lot lighter than Google Nexus 10. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has the older 4.4 version while Google Nexus 10 has Android 5.1 version.

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a little more vivid display than Google Nexus 10. Both have a higher pixels amount in each inch of display, a same size display and the same exact resolution of 1600 x 2560. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a better hardware performance than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a greater number of cores and an extra graphics processor.

Google Nexus 10 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, although it has a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back facing camera with a much worse 5 megapixels resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 64 GB.

Google Nexus 10 features just a little better battery life than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because it has a 9 percent greater battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Nexus 10. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Google Nexus 10, letting go some features and specifications.
