The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has an overall score of 76.9, which is better than Microsoft Surface 3's 65.9 overall score. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 comes with Android 4.4 OS, and Microsoft Surface 3 counts with Windows 8.1 OS. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is an older and heavier device than the Microsoft Surface 3, but Samsung was able to make it just a little bit thinner anyway.

Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a better performing processing unit than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with more processing cores and an extra graphics processing unit.
