Comparison review

Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, with a 78.5 score against 73.3. Both tablets in our current comparison include Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has the older 4.4 version while Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Even being the best portable tablet in this comparison review, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is a way older, just a little thicker and much heavier portable tablet than the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite.

Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a sharper display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because it has a larger display, a little bit higher display pixels density and a better 1600 x 2560 resolution.

Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite also has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 256 GB. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a bit better camera than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, and although they both have the same resolution back-facing camera and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has faster 60 fps video frame rate.

Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features superior battery duration than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because it has 9500mAh of battery capacity instead of 7500mAh.
