Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, having a 78.5 score against 66.2. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, but it is noticeably heavier. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has the previous 4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has Android 4.4.2.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and although they both have a 450 MHz GPU and the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a much higher 1600 x 2560 resolution, a much bigger display and a better number of pixels per display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has 64 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has 9500mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a lot better 1920x1080 video resolution and a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
