Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), with a general score of 75.2 against 58.6. Both devices in this comparison work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has an older 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is notably older than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), it's design is a bit lighter and way thinner.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a little better processing power than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have a 2 GB RAM memory and 4 processing cores, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has an extra graphics processing unit. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a much sharper screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a lot more pixels per inch of display, a quite bigger display and a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1600.

Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 shoots greater photos and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a lot higher 1920x1080 video resolution and a much better resolution back facing camera. The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a lot bigger storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a much better battery life than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020).

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is way more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
