The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a global score of 75.2, which is better than the Blackview Tab 13's 63.8 global score. Both tablets we are comparing work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Blackview Tab 13 has Android 12 version. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is an notably older portable tablet than Blackview Tab 13, but it's way lighter and just a little bit thinner anyway.
