Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a global score of 75.2, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface 3's global score of 66.3. Even though the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is older than Microsoft Surface 3, it's construction is noticeably lighter and thinner. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with just a bit better performance than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has an incredibly better screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixel number per inch of screen and a better 2560 x 1600 resolution. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 takes better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 3. They have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the same resolution camera in the back and the same video frame rates.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much greater storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a very superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface 3.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is not only the best tablets of the ones we are comparing, but it's also a bargain compared to others.
