Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, having a 75.2 score against 72.2. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 works with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 3 comes with Windows 8.1 Pro OS. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a lighter and much thinner tablet than the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, although they were released with only a couple months difference.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has 6 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with more processing cores and an additional graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features an incredibly better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater display pixel density and a slightly better 2560 x 1600 resolution.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 takes a lot better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has a back camera with a much better resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a much greater memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
