Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a little bit better than Nokia Lumia 2520, having a overall score of 75.2 against 68.6. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and the Nokia Lumia 2520 were only released with a couple months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a lot lighter and somewhat thinner. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Nokia Lumia 2520 counts with Windows RT 8.1 OS.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has just a little better hardware performance than Nokia Lumia 2520. Both of them have the same RAM amount, a 450 MHz graphics co-processor and the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a bit sharper screen than Lumia 2520, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1600 resolution and a much greater pixel density.
Lumia 2520 shoots clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, although it has a lower video quality and a back camera with a lower 6.7 MP resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a slightly better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Nokia Lumia 2520, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 64 GB.
The Lumia 2520 has a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has a 67% greater battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Lumia 2520. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Lumia 2520, resigning some features and specs.
