Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, getting an 80 score against 75.2. The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch has Windows 10 operating system, and Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with Android 4.4.2 operating system. Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch's body is newer, but a lot heavier and just a bit thicker than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4.
Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features an incredibly better display than Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a much greater number of pixels per display inch and a little higher 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch has a much better memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB and 224 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch and Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 both count with quite similar CPUs, because although the Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch has less cpu cores and doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more RAM. The Galaxy Book 12-inch counts with just a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has a 6 percent bigger battery size.
The Galaxy Book 12-inch takes clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Galaxy Book 12-inch also has a much better 13 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
