Comparison review
The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a score of 77.4, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's 75.2 global score. Both of these tablets come with the same Android 4.4.2 OS, so they should provide the user all the same operating system features. Despite being the best tablet in this review, we must tell that it is also a a lot heavier and just a bit thicker tablet.
GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition)'s processing unit is very similar to the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 one, and although the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have a 450 megahertz graphics processor and a Quad-Core CPU. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a little bit better looking display than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 2560 x 1600, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also counts with a just a bit better screen pixels density.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition). They have the same video frame rate, the same video definition and a 8 mega pixels back facing camera. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a very superior memory for applications and games than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, and although they both have a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has 32 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has an 8220mAh battery size against 4800mAh.
Although Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, letting go a couple features and specs.
