Both devices in this comparison review use the same Android 4.4.2 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. Although Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 were only released 3 months apart, Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's body is thinner but also heavier.
