Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a global score of 75.2, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0's 62.8 global score. Both of these tablets work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat. Even though Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is older and a little heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, it's body is still a little thinner.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features an incredibly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a bit larger display, a lot greater display density and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1600px. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a better memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 16 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a better performing processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has an additional graphics processing unit and 512 MB more RAM. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a bit superior battery performance than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a 14 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 shoots much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a way better resolution back camera and a much better video definition.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
