Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is better than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, with a score of 73.1 against 64.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a newer and noticeably thinner tablet than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, but it's also much heavier. Both devices in our current comparison work with the same Android 4.4.2 OS (operating system).

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a little bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and 6 more cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560, a lot larger display and a lot greater pixel number per screen inch.
