The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a bit better than the Apple iPad 4, with a 74.3 score against 70.8. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Apple iPad 4 works with iOS 7.x OS. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 design is extremely lighter and thinner than the Apple iPad 4. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a little faster processor than Apple iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores.
Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a little sharper display than Apple iPad 4, because it has a quite larger display, a little better pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels. IPad 4 features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
