Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a global score of 74.3, which is much better than LG G Pad 8.0's 58.6 overall score. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 body is incredibly heavier but incredibly thinner than LG G Pad 8.0. Both tablets we compare here include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has an older 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 version.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a much better looking display than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a really bigger display, a lot more pixels per screen inch and a way better 1600 x 2560 resolution. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features just a bit better processing power than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and 2 GB more RAM memory.

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has 32 GB internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a very superior battery performance than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has an 88 percent more battery size.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 captures way better videos and photos than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also has a much higher resolution camera.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 costs a lot more than the LG G Pad 8.0, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
