The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has an overall score of 82.1, which is much better than Google Nexus 7's score of 59.3. Both tablets we are comparing come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a more recent 14 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a a lot thinner but incredibly heavier portable tablet than the Google Nexus 7.
