The Galaxy Tab S3 has a global score of 75.2, which is much better than Google Nexus 7's overall score of 59.3. Galaxy Tab S3 is a a lot newer and incredibly thinner tablet than Google Nexus 7, but it is also heavier. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1, offering a couple additional features.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features just a little better processing power than Google Nexus 7, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have 4 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also counts with more RAM. The Google Nexus 7 counts with just a bit better screen than Galaxy Tab S3, although it has a way smaller screen, a just a bit worse pixels density and a lot lower resolution of 800 x 1280.
The Galaxy Tab S3 takes greater videos and photos than Google Nexus 7. The Galaxy Tab S3 has a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 7, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab S3 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a much longer battery lifetime than Google Nexus 7, because it has a 39% greater battery size.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is way more expensive than the Google Nexus 7, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
