The Galaxy Tab S3 has a general score of 75.2, which is better than the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0's 66.2 general score. Galaxy Tab S3's body is extremely newer and notably thinner than the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0's, although it's also noticeably heavier. Both of these devices have Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives a couple additional features.
The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, although it has a lot worse display pixel density, a much lower 1280 x 800 pixels resolution and a little smaller screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have 4 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also counts with more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a much better video definition and a lot more megapixels back-facing camera. Galaxy Tab S3 features much more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB and 32 GB internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy Tab S3 counts with superior battery performance than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a 35% bigger battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab S3 is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
