Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a much better camera than Galaxy Tab S8. Both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a camera in the back with a 13 MP resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate.
Although Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Tab S3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab S3. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Tab S8, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab S3, letting go a couple specs and features.
