Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S4 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, getting a 78.8 score against 75.2. The Galaxy Tab S4 construction has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, but it is incredibly heavier. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab S4, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also counts with a little greater display pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's processor is very similar to the processor in Galaxy Tab S4, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has less and slower cpu cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Tab S4 has a superior memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has 32 GB more internal storage and a SD extension slot that admits up to 400 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 captures way better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has a back camera with a way higher resolution and a much higher (4K) video resolution. Galaxy Tab S4 has a way better battery duration than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has 7300mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 costs a bit more money than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
