Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a global score of 76.7, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s score of 58.6. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has the previous 13 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8's construction is newer and way thinner, but incredibly heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020).
Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) features an extremely better processor than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a lower number of cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 features a bit sharper display than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has more pixels per inch of screen, a much higher 1600 x 2560px resolution and a way bigger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 shoots much better photos and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a way higher 13 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a lot higher (4K) video resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 features much more memory capacity for applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity.
Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020).
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). If you want to save some dollars, you can get Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
