Comparison review
Apple iPad Air (2019) is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, having an 85.9 score against 76.7. Apple iPad Air (2019) is an incredibly older tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, but it is just a little lighter and just a bit thinner anyway. IPad Air (2019) features a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1668 x 2224px, a little worse pixel density and a little bit smaller display.
IPad Air (2019) counts with a much better performing CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, because although it has 5 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the iPad Air (2019) also counts with a 64 bits CPU. The Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPad Air (2019), because although it has only 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
The iPad Air (2019) shoots a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a back camera with a lot worse resolution and a lot lower (Full HD) video quality. The iPad Air (2019) features just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy Tab S8, because it has an 8134mAh battery size against 8000mAh.
