The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a global score of 76.7, which is much better than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0's general score of 60.4. Both tablets in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a newer 13 version and Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8's body is somewhat thinner but much heavier than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a lot worse resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, a much worse pixels density and a way smaller display. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a superior storage to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has an extremely better processing unit than Galaxy Tab S8, because although it has a lower number of cores and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a really longer battery performance than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has 8000mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 takes much better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels and a much better (4K) video definition.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is a lot more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
