Galaxy Tab S8 has an overall score of 76.7, which is way better than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's score of 58.7. The Galaxy Tab S8 comes with Android 13 operating system, and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro counts with Windows operating system. The Galaxy Tab S8 is a much thinner and extremely lighter tablet than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro feature really similar processing units, and although the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has a lower number of MHz cores, they both have the same RAM amount. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro features a display that's just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 one, because although the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has a just a bit worse display pixel density, it also counts with a quite better 1920 x 2880 pixels resolution and a larger display.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 features much more storage for games and applications than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 features a much better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro.

The Galaxy Tab S8 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because it has a back camera with much more MP.
