Galaxy Tab S8 has a score of 76.7, which is much better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3's 65 score. The Galaxy Tab S8 is a incredibly newer device, and it is also lighter and noticeably thinner than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Galaxy Tab S8 counts with Android 13 OS, while Samsung ATIV Tab 3 comes with Windows 8 OS.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a much powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a way lower 768 x 1366 resolution and a much lower display pixels density.
The Galaxy Tab S8 features a superior storage to install games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a way better battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. The Galaxy Tab S8 takes much better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a back camera with a way better resolution and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, resigning some specifications.
