Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S8 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, having a general score of 76.7 against 68.7. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S8 has the older 13 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has Android 4.2.2. Even though Galaxy Tab S8 is incredibly heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, it's somewhat thinner and also incredibly newer.
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a much powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab S8, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a slightly better screen than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a way smaller screen, a way lower screen density and a lot lower 800 x 1280 resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a way bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has 96 GB more internal memory capacity and an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a much more mega-pixels camera in the back and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
The Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has an 80 percent greater battery size.
Although Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab S8, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, resigning some specs and features.
