Galaxy Tab S8 has a general score of 76.7, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's overall score of 65.6. The Galaxy Tab S8 is a much newer and incredibly thinner device than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, although it's extremely heavier. Both tablets we compare here include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S8 has an older 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a sharper display than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a just a bit worse display pixel density, a way worse resolution of 1280 x 800px and a way smaller screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 features a superior storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has 120 GB more internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a much more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM.
