Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab S8 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, getting a 76.7 score against 62.8. Even though Galaxy Tab S8 is a lot heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, it's somewhat thinner and also notably newer. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab S8 has an older 13 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 features a much better performing processing unit than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has 4 less cores and a smaller amount of RAM. The Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a much higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px, a way larger screen and a lot better pixels amount per display inch.

Galaxy Tab S8 takes way better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a much better 3840x2160 video quality and a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera. Galaxy Tab S8 features a very superior storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has 112 GB more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has 8000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.

Although Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Tab S8, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, resigning some specs and features.
