Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, getting a 76.7 score against 62.6. Both tablets in this review use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 has Android 11, so it offers some extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 design is just a bit lighter and just a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, even though they were released only 1 months apart.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 features a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab A8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab S8 features a little sharper screen than Galaxy Tab A8, because it has a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, a greater pixel density and a little larger screen.

The Galaxy Tab S8 counts with much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab A8, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB, the Galaxy Tab S8 also has more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a little longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, because it has 8000mAh of battery capacity.
