Microsoft Surface Go has an overall score of 66.5, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi's 56.4 global score. Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS, and Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi has Android 2.2 OS. The Microsoft Surface Go design is noticeably thinner but noticeably heavier than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi.

Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi features a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a lot worse 600 x 1024 pixels resolution, a way smaller screen and a quite worse display pixels density. The Microsoft Surface Go features a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.

Microsoft Surface Go features a more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, because it has a larger number of cores (and faster) and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Go takes much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, because it has a back facing camera with a way higher resolution and a much higher 1920x1080 video resolution.

Microsoft Surface Go costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
