Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi Review

Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi is a nice Android tablet device, with a 7" screen, a 1 GHz processor, a 3 megapixels back camera and a 1.3 mega-pixels front camera.

This device comes with a fast processor running at 1 gigahertz with 592 MB RAM memory. A nice aspect of the Tab Wi-Fi is its quite big 16 GB internal memory and an SD card slot, allowing the user to install a couple hundred applications and games without worrying about space.

Although this tablet only has 7.48" long, it is able to fit a a 7" display. Samsung didn't put much effort to reduce weight in this 13.58 ounces device, much heavier than other similar tablets.

This device has two cameras, a 3 megapixels back-facing camera and a 1.3 MP front side camera. It also shoots videos in 1280x720 (HD). This camera also includes a few good characteristics like auto-focus, flash, geo tagging and smile detection shooting.

Samsung packed the Tab Wi-Fi with a good level 7 inches display, and a resolution of 600 x 1024 , which makes all photos and videos look nice. Its display uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

The Tab Wi-Fi uses a 4000 mAh huge Li-Ion non-replaceable battery that can keep it running for several hours without charging it. An issue to consider is that this device's battery is non-removable so you won't be able to replace it when it begins losing capacity, even though with such a big battery you will probably buy a new tablet before it becomes a real problem.

The Tab Wi-Fi has wi-fi connectivity (but it can't provide it to other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot). The Tab Wi-Fi doesn't use a SIM card, because it doesn't support GSM connections.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi also comes with a few useful features like Bluetooth (3.0) and GPS Localization, and some sensors likeLight Sensor and Accelerometer.

Samsung is offering the Tab Wi-Fi for 205 dollars, which is not cheap for comparing with other similar tablets. No matter whether you need it for work, want a tablet mostly for internet broswing and social networks or will use it as a gaming tablet, this tablet is definitely the right choice for you.
