Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi has Android 2.2 OS. Despite being the best we are comparing, Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a much heavier and somewhat thicker portable tablet than the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, because it has a way higher 1080 x 1920px resolution, a much bigger screen and a bit higher pixels density.

Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
