Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is way better than the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, getting a score of 75.1 against 56.4. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 comes with Windows 10 Pro OS, and Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi works with Android 2.2 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 design is a lot thinner but way heavier than the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi.
