OSCAL Pad 15 is better than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, with a score of 64.4 against 56.4. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but the OSCAL Pad 15 has a more recent 13 version and Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi has Android 2.2 version.
