OSCAL Pad 90 has a global score of 57.9, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi's global score of 56.4. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the OSCAL Pad 90 has a more recent 14 version while Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi has Android 2.2 version, offering some extra features. OSCAL Pad 90 is a noticeably thinner but heavier tablet than the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi.
