Galaxy Note 10.1 is much better than the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, getting a general score of 66.3 against 56.4. Galaxy Note 10.1's body is a lot heavier but noticeably thinner than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 10.1 has newer 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi has Android 2.2, providing you some extra features.
