Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a noticeably thinner but incredibly heavier tablet than the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a newer 4.0.4 version while Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi has Android 2.2, giving you a couple nice extra features and a performance increase.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, because it has a higher number of 1 gigahertz cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has a way worse 600 x 1024 resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher display pixels density.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, and although they both have the same resolution back camera, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 also has a way higher 1920x1080 video resolution. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a little bit better memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, because it has a 70 percent greater battery size.

Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi.
