The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a little bit better than Galaxy View, with a 67.4 score against 61.5. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch construction is a lot thinner and extremely lighter than Galaxy View, even though it was released 3 years before. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy View, because although it has 512 MB less RAM memory and 6 lesser and slower cores, it also counts with an additional GPU.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy View, because although it has a way worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per display inch.
