The Galaxy View is a bit better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, getting a 61.5 score against 57.6. Despite being the best in this comparison, we must tell that it's also an older, extremely heavier and notably thicker portable tablet. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a lot better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy View, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a much better pixel amount per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy View counts with a bit faster processor than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a greater camera than Galaxy View. Galaxy View has a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB, the Galaxy View also has 48 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy View has a bit longer battery duration than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a 12 percent bigger battery size.
Although Galaxy View is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
