Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy View 2, getting a 68.3 score against 65.3. Both tablets in this comparison review come with the same Android 8.1 Oreo OS (operating system). The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) construction is lighter and extremely thinner than the Samsung Galaxy View 2, even though both were only released with a couple months difference.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) counts with a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy View 2, because although it has a much lower 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display. The Galaxy View 2 counts with a bit superior processor than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a higher number of cores and 1 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy View 2 has a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), and although they both have an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB, the Galaxy View 2 also has 64 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) shoots a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy View 2.
The Galaxy View 2 has a really longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a 12000mAh battery capacity.
