Comparison review
Galaxy View 2 is much better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, having a score of 65.3 against 57.6. These tablets use Android operating system, but the Galaxy View 2 has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Galaxy View 2 body is noticeably newer, but way thicker and extremely heavier than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy View 2, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a way better pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy View 2 features a bit better performance than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. They have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD takes way better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy View 2. The Galaxy View 2 counts with much more memory to install applications and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 400 GB and 48 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy View 2 counts with a really longer battery duration than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has 12000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy View 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
