Comparison review

The Sony Tablet P has a global score of 55.7, which is slightly better than the Amazon Fire HD 8's 53.3 score. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Tablet P has an older 4.0.3 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0. Even though Sony Tablet P is better than Amazon Fire HD 8, we must highlight that it is also much older, heavier and extremely thicker.

Amazon Fire HD 8 features a display that is very similar to the Sony Tablet P one, because although the Amazon Fire HD 8 has a bit lower pixel number per inch of screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1280 x 800 and a way bigger display. The Amazon Fire HD 8 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Sony Tablet P, although it has a lower number of cores , they both have 1 GB of RAM memory.
