Both tablets in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has older 13 version while Sony Tablet P has Android 4.0.3 version. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is a newer and notably thinner portable tablet than the Sony Tablet P, but it's somewhat heavier.
