Comparison review

The Huawei MediaPad M1 is much better than Sony Tablet P, getting a 61.5 score against 55.7. Huawei MediaPad M1's construction is notably newer, lighter and way thinner than Sony Tablet P. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has a more recent 4.2.2 version and Sony Tablet P has Android 4.0.3.

Huawei MediaPad M1 has a little sharper screen than Sony Tablet P, because although it has a just a little lower number of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a much bigger screen and a much higher resolution of 1280 x 800px. Huawei MediaPad M1 features a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Sony Tablet P, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 32 GB, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also has 8 GB internal storage.

The Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a bit faster CPU than Sony Tablet P, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also has a higher number of cores (and also faster). Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Sony Tablet P, because it has a 4800mAh battery size instead of 3080mAh.

The Huawei MediaPad M1's camera is just as good as Sony Tablet P's camera, and although the Huawei MediaPad M1 has a lot better 1920x1080 video quality, they both have a same resolution back facing camera.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we compare here, the Huawei MediaPad M1 is also a bargain compared to the other devices, making it an obvious call.
