Microsoft Surface Go has a general score of 66.5, which is much better than the Sony Tablet P's overall score of 55.7. The Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 operating system, and Sony Tablet P has Android 4.0.3 operating system. Microsoft Surface Go's construction is noticeably newer and incredibly thinner than the Sony Tablet P's, but it's also heavier.

The Sony Tablet P has a little sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a lot smaller screen, a way worse 480 x 1024 resolution and a little bit worse screen pixel density. The Microsoft Surface Go has a faster processing unit than Sony Tablet P, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Go also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

Microsoft Surface Go features a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Sony Tablet P, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 124 GB more internal storage capacity.
