Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is better than the Sony Tablet P, having a 65.9 score against 55.7. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has the newer 4.2 version and Sony Tablet P has Android 4.0.3 version.
